Mexican Casserole Dish
Cook onions and ground beef together
In a bowl mix
1 can Rotel tomatores with chilis
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of diced green chilis
Layer the cooked meat and onions over the crushed chips. Pour the mix of tomatoes, beans and coup over the top of the meat. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
Serve with green salad. Make sure you have Salsa and sour cream on the table too.
