Ham and Potato Casserole
6 large potatoes peel and slice and boil
2 cups Shredded mild cheddar cheese
Layer potatoes, ham and shredded cheddar cheese
Usually 3 layers in casserole dish; top with cheese
Make white, peppered gravy and pour over layered mixture. (optional)
Bake in Oven at 350 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through and cheese melted on top.
