Easy Granola Berry Crisp
  • FOR THE GRANOLA TOPPING:
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 4 tbsp. Cold Butter Cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. Granola
  • FOR THE BERRY MIXTURE:
  • 2 lb. Frozen Berries
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Directions
Heat oven to 350ºF. In a bowl, combine flour and butter. Using a fork, cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add granola and mix until well-combined. Set aside. In another large bowl, combine ingredients for berry mixture and mix until well-combined. Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan and cover with granola topping. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm alone or with ice cream.
