Green Beans
  • 1 lb fresh cut green beans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup toasted, chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
In a saucepan, cover beans with water; cover and cook until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, brown the butter and add rest of ingredients and heat through. Drain beans. Add butter mixture and toss to coat. makes 4 servings.
