Mix rice, 1 egg and Swiss cheese. Press into bottom and sides of 9â pie pan. Refrigerate until ready to fill. Beat 3 eggs. Milk and seasonings. Stir in onion and ham. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees. Bake until knife comes out clean and eggs are set, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
