Swiss Chard Tacos
Heat olive oil in skillet stir in onion cook until golden and softened, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir in chicken broth and chard. Cover reduce heat simmer 5 minutes. Remove lid increase heat and stirring until liquid evaporates remove from heat. In a dry skillet heated to med high warm tortillas 1 minute on each side. Fill with chard, and top with queso fresco and salsa.
