In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool, cover and place in refrigerator for several hours. Meanwhile, prepare apple and juice mix as directions say and combine apple, orange and lemon juice, and place in refrigerator, covered. Strain ginger mixture and pit in a punch bowl, along with fruit juices. Garnish glasses with sliced fruit and use the rest of the fruit to float in punch.
