Monthly Archives: April 2011
As attitudes about the health benefits and sustainability of our food have begun to shift, so have attitudes on fruit.
Rising food prices may have put your food budget in a squeeze, but it’s still one of the best places to find flexibility compared to other areas of the family budget. With the right approach, it’s possible to put great meals on the family dinner table without busting the budget. And one place to stretch your food dollars is with leftovers.
Bring your donation of 3 cans of food to the fair on April 13 or 14 after 3pm and receive HALF off admission. Regular fair admission is $8, Kids under 8 FREE. (Does not include parking.)
Remember the County Fair
So your Arizona farmers are busy. If they don’t get right back with you on their cell phones, at least you know where they’re at out planting cotton and other crops while our weather warms up.
