Grilled Banana Boats
1.
Leaving the peel on, cut a slit lengthwise down the center of each banana.
2.
Place each banana on a large piece of aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
3.
Fill each slit with chocolate chips and marshmallows and wrap the banana in the foil.
4.
Grill on high heat for 5 minutes just to melt the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
5.
Serve topped with ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings!
