We specialize in a variety of homemade sausages made on site. We hand bone our meat, mix our own spices and use natural casings and natural Hickory smoke.

With over 60 varieties of homemade sausages, we sell as a variety of homemade lunch meats, slab bacon, hickory smoked hams and more. We have something for every need and occasion. Many of our varieties originated from traditional German family recipes. We also have regional favorites from Portugal, Spain, England, Poland and Mexico.

We also offer low fat chicken and turkey products for the health conscious consumer. We use only the finest ingredients that iare hand-boned, ground and stuffed into natural casings and our smoked products are natural hickory smoked.
