The organic gardens at The Farm have never looked better, thanks to Maya Dailey and her commitment to the belief that food is best when grown locally and served fresh from the garden to the table. Farming is in Maya's heart, and we are very proud to use Maya's fresh vegetables and herbs in our restaurants whenever possible and as often as possible. Be sure to visit Maya at the Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. here at the farm.
