The leadership experience is designed to accelerate the development of Arizona’s future rural leaders with highly interactive sessions on diverse topics, emerging issues, points of view, and innovative ideas.  The two-year leadership experience for Class 21 will include a series of twelve, 2 ½ day seminars that focus on leadership development and emerging issues facing rural Arizona; a week long International study tour in Ontario, Canada; and a final week long national seminar in Washington D. C.   Candidates selected into Class 21 also complete an applied leadership project designed to use the skills gained from the program to benefit their community, agriculture, or rural Arizona.
