With temperatures beginning to drop (just a little!), we can almost say the feeling of fall is in the air! This year in the weeks leading up to Halloween, don’t miss out on the seasonal fun!

Many local farmers around Arizona open up their farms so we can come celebrate the season and have fun! Check out the list below for local Arizona farms around our state where you can go pick out the perfect pumpkin, gather some delicious apples or seasonal vegetables, and test your skills in a corn maze!

Cochise County

Fall Pumpkin Celebration

Old fashioned family fun picking your own pumpkins, fall vegetables and apples.

The Great Pumpkin Festival at the Desert Botanical Garden

October 23-28, 2012

Take an authentic hayride out to the Garden’s pumpkin patch, where each day children 12 and under can choose their own free pumpkin. Get lost in the Amazing Hay Bale Maze, visit with adorable farm animals in the petting zoo, enjoy lively country and western entertainment, carnival style games and much more!

Family Fun Farm & Fear Farm

September 21- October 31

Come and enjoy our six acre corn maze packed with tons of twists and turns that will surely get you lost. The corn maze is a great family adventure or just a challenging experience for the directionally challenged. Or, if you want more fear in your fun, Fear Farm is Arizona’s largest scare park. Over 26 acres of pure terror, 5 haunted attractions and a corn maze. What you think about fear doesn’t even come close!

MacDonald’s Ranch

October 5 – October 31

Come enjoy horse or mule drawn hayrides out to the Pumpkin Patch where you can pick from a variety of different sized pumpkins! Pony rides available. Come see all the old and new critters in the petting zoo! Many games will be on hand for everyone to enjoy: steer head roping, horse shoe pits, gem mine and cowboy golf to our large hay maze! Additional activities such as: a bounce house, small train, carnival rides, a face painter, and sand creations will be available at additional costs.

Mother Nature’s Farm

See the world’s heaviest pumpkins at the World Pumpkin Weigh Off on October 6th at 9:00 am

Enjoy a fall gourd show, U-pick pumpkins, squash, and produce for sale.

Annual Pumpkin Festival Begins September 24th ─ November 2nd from

Buckelew Farm Pumpkin Festival & Corn Maze

Enjoy a day at the farm with horse drawn wagon rides out to the pumpkin patch to pick your pumpkin off of the vine. We also have a corn maze, haunted cornfield, arts and crafts, petting zoo, pedal carts, food booths and a beer garden.

Open the last four weekends in October, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Admission is $4.00 each. Kids in diapers are free.
