A family farm in the far corner of southeastern Arizona. We are a bio-diverse homestead practicing authentic, sustainable and organic methods. We provide food for the San Simone valley and our neighbors in Bisbee. Our goal is to provide fresh food throughout the year within season.

Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal
1. Blend 1/2 banana with the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mixture
2. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish (preferably a small round, I use a six-inch)
3. Lay the other half of sliced banana over the mixture
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
