- 3 Cups Cooked rice
- 1 Cup Sliced celery
- 1 Cup Chopped green onions
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Tbs grated lemon rind
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- Directions
- saute celery and onions in butter. Add rice, lemon rind, and seasonings and toss lightly. Continue cooking over low heat ( 2 minutes) until heated, stirring occasionally.
