In mixing bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream or mayo with lime juice, at least 1 tablespoon. Add lemon pepper to taste. Fold above ingredients except for lettuce into the mixing bowl. Line 6 cosmo glasses with lettuce leaves, then dollop mixture atop lettuce leaves. You are ready to serve!
