The Ultimate Winter To-Do List: 50 Activities for Friends and Family

Even though winter in most parts of Arizona doesn’t include a white Christmas, you can still enjoy all the best parts of the cooler weather with this ultimate activity list.
Winter List:
- Make gingerbread houses
 - Decorate stockings with craft supplies
 - Make and decorate Christmas sugar cookies, use Christmas themed cookie cutters
 - Try these different recipes for Christmas cookies
 - Go caroling
 - Read a Christmas carol and other Christmas books
 - Decorate your house for Christmas
 - Buy a real tree!
 - Decorate your tree
 - Listen to Christmas music
 - Drive around to see Christmas lights
 - Make hot chocolate from the Pioneer Woman’s recipe for Delicious Hot Chocolate. Make a hot chocolate bar.
 - Make a Christmas goodies charcuterie board
 - Make homemade ornaments
 - Volunteer at a food pantry or soup kitchen
 - Donate canned food
 - Buy something off of an angel giving tree and donate it
 - Attend a Christmas parade in your area
 - Decorate butcher paper for wrapping paper, use striped string and other craft supplies
 - Go see live reindeer in flagstaff
 - Go play in the snow in northern Arizona. Go sledding, build a snowman, make snow angels, and maybe stay in a cabin while you’re there!
