Dunn Grain has increased ability to process and distribute products bountiful to the local region, diversifying from the processing of grain and grain seed to include dry beans, primarily garbanzos, but also including pinto beans, black eyed peas and others as well as Sudan grass. Being a grower owned and operated facility allows us to grow, process, and market our crops along with our family of growers. Banana Squash
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add squash cubes and water. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until squash is tender. Stir occasionally and add more water if necessary to prevent the squash from sticking to the pan. Reduce heat to low and stir in the orange juice, apricot preserves, cloves, salt and pepper. Cook and stir uncovered until squash is evenly glazed.
