Crunchy Apple Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 large apple, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 large celery stalk, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup salted peanuts
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup Cheerios cereal
Directions:
Stir together apple, celery, mayonnaise and peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place lettuce leaves on 4 salad plates. Divide salad mixture among plates. Top each with 1/4 cup cereal. Serve immediately.
