Chicken Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

5 large leaves of your choice of lettuce
12 oz shredded chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp ranch dressing (I prefer a low-fat cilantro ranch)
1 whole avocado, cubed
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except for the lettuce in a medium bowl. Cool in the fridge if desired. Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture onto each lettuce leaf, wrap, and secure with a toothpick. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro or dill. Enjoy!

Recipe note: these taste delicious with a bit of honey mustard added into the mix!
