Friday, April 3rd: National Egg Salad week begins next week. And since eggs are the most economical protein around, you’ll want to pick up some of Arizona’s Hickman’s Family Farm eggs! Their eggs can be found at AJ’s, Albertson’s, Bashas, Costco, Food City, Fry’s, IGA, Sams Club, Sprouts, WalMart and many convenience stores.
