Established in Thatcher, AZ, by the Carter Family in 2018, Carter’s Custom Cuts is a family-owned and operated Custom Butcher Shop that supplies high-quality, fresh locally grown meat from Southern Arizona. Carter’s specializes in Custom processing for domestic animals and wild game, along with our full-service retail butcher shop. After years of selling our Register Brangus seedstock, the family decided to take the plunge into building a processing facility to provide a safe, healthy, and high-quality product. Delivering pasture to plate freshness.
