Apple Cider Syrup
Provided by:
June Windstein of Brown's Orchard
Ingredients:
- 1 Gallon Apple cider
Directions:
Put 1 gallon of apple cider in a large, thick-bottom pot. Boil on high heat, stirring often so it doesn't burn, until the apple cider becomes thick like honey. Use it on pancakes, vanilla ice cream, or anything else you use syrup on. The natural sugar in the apples makes them sweet, so adding sugar is unnecessary.
