Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup oats (choice of your preference)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend 1/2 banana with the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mixture
2. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish (preferably a small round, I use a six-inch)
3. Lay the other half of sliced banana over the mixture
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
