Deanna’s Buttercream Frosting (For Sour Cream Banana Cake)

Ingredients:
- 1 Cube Butter
- 1 Pound Package Powdered Sugar
- 1 T Milk or Cream
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
Directions:
Cream butter and add 1/3 of the sugar and beat well. Add egg, vanilla, salt and cream and beat until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar. Additional milk or cream may be needed for the desired consistency.
