- 1/2 Clove Garlic Peeled and Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Hot Red Pepper Flakes
- Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 3 T Olive Oil
- 1 Med Tomatoe Skinned, Seeded and Diced
- Salt to taste
- Directions
- Mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
