Lemon-Baked Flounder
Provided by:
Southwest Family Citrus and Spenar Family
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Flounder fillets, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/3 Cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 Tsp Paprika
- 1/8 Tsp ground black pepper
Directions:
Place the fillets in one layer on a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread the mixture evenly over the fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
