Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- juice of two lemons
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1/4 tsp Freashly ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbs grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs water
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
Directions:
Marinate chicken for several hours in a covered bowl with the juice of 2 lemons. In a plastic bag, combine dry ingredients. Coat each chicken breast with flour mixture. Lay in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix 1 tablespoon lemon peel with brown sugar. sprinkle over the chicken. Lay the lemon slices over the breast. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
