Lemon Fettuccini
  • 6 oz. fettuccini
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 2 Tbs. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 Tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped fresh Chives
  • 1/3 Cup Sliced Red bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cook Fettuccini in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender.Drain. Return pasta to pan, add cream, lemon juice, lemon peel, chives, and red bell peppers. toss over medium heat to coat, about 2 minutes. season with salt and pepper.
