Lemon Spareribs

Ingredients:
- 3 Lbs. Spareribs, cut in serving pieces
- 2 1/2 Cup Fresh Lemonade
- 3 Tbs Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 3 Tbs catsup
- 1 Tsp Vinegar
- 3 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs Cold Water
- 3 Tbs cornstarch
Directions:
Cover spareribs with water in a skillet. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 1 hour. Drain off the water. Combine lemonade, soy sauce, salt, catsup, vinegar, and sugar. pour 2/3 of the mixture over meat. Cover and cook over medium heat until ribs are tender ( about 1 hour), adding more lemonade if needed. Remove ribs and pour excess fat from skillet. Add remaining sauce. Blend water and cornstarch and stir into sauce in skillet. Cook until thickened. Serve separately to be poured over the ribs.
