Medjool Date Fudge
Provided by:
Tiffany Shedd, cotton, wheat and alfalfa farmer
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 12 Pitted Arizona Medjool Dates (more if you want the fudge sweeter)
- 1/2 Cup Almond Butter
Directions:
Whip ingredients together in a food processor and then melt in a double boiler and spread into a wax paper lined loaf pan. Top with chopped nuts of choice. Simple but good with no added sugar. Photo courtesy Elaina's Pantry
