Orange Parsley Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of parsley
- ¼ c walnuts
- ½ c olive oil
- ½ c orange juice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until desired consistency.
3. Serve as a sauce over grilled chicken, fish, pork or tofu.
4. Use as a sauce over pasta or grilled vegetables.
5. Use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
