Oriental Tangelo Salad
  • 4 Tangelos
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
Cut the tangelos into segments, removing seeds and skin. Grate the carrots and combine. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil, beating thoroughly. Pour over fruit mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. makes four servings.
