- Rice Krispie Baked Chicken

- 8-10 Pieces of of chicken
- 1 Cup Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Directions

1. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Crush Rice Krispies into crumbs (Putting in a Ziplock bag and rolling with a rolling pin or hitting with a meat mallet works very well).
3. Mix oil, salt, pepper, and Lawry’s salt in a small bowl.
4. Coat chicken pieces in the oil mixture and then roll in Rice Krispie crumbs.
5. Place coated chicken pieces on a foil lined baking sheet.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
