Super Green Mango Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 4 Tbs plant-based protein
  • (optional garnish): granola and fresh fruits
Directions
1. In a high-speed blender add all ingredients except for the toppings. 2. Blend until smooth and consistent. 3. Transfer into a bowl and garnish.
