- 3 tangelos
- 3 cups diced, cooked turkey
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Directions
- Combine sliced citrus with the turkey, celery, grapes, and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, combine curry powder and mayonnaise. Add mixture to salad and toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
