Tangelo Turkey Salad
  • 3 tangelos
  • 3 cups diced, cooked turkey
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Combine sliced citrus with the turkey, celery, grapes, and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, combine curry powder and mayonnaise. Add mixture to salad and toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
