Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. green grapes- cut in half
- 3 medium apples-diced
- 4 stalks celery- sliced on the bias
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- Dressing:
- 1 c. plain greek yogurt
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all salad ingredients in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl combine all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss to coat. Serve chilled. Recipe notes: sub a plant based yogurt to make vegan/dairy free. Use a sweet apple- I used Gala. Sub or add raisins, dried cherries, or dried apricots.
