Tamale Pie
Brown the ground beef. Add chili powder, tomato sauce, chilies, corn and olives. Simmer for 25 minutes to thicken sauce and fold in cheese. Pour into 9 inch deep dish pie plate or 9x9 square pan. Sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 35 minutes.
