Yummy Fruit Salad
Provided by:
Southwest Family Citrus and Spenar Family
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 2 cups melon
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Put the fruit juices and grated lemon peel into a large serving bowl. Add the rest of washed fruit as soon as it has been diced melon, along with peeled, cored and chopped. Stir ingredients lightly and add sugar. Refrigerate for 4 to 12 hours. Mix again before serving.
