In a medium size bowl mix Ritz Crackers and butter; Pat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
Filling – Mix pudding, milk and ice cream together in a large bowl until smooth. Pour over cooled crust, spreading evenly. Cover with cool whip and garnish with chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
