Avocado and Pistachio Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Large Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup rough chopped Pistachio Nut Meat
Directions
Puree milk, heavy cream, sugar, avocados and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Pour inot a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for several hours until cold. Freeze in your ice cream machine according to instructions. Add Arizona Pistachios during the last five minutes of ice-cream making process.
