- Goat Feta Cheese
- Coarse Black Pepper
- Fresh Thyme on stem
- Olive Oil
- Extra virgin olive oil (make sure it is fresh as oils can become rancid quickly) Coarsely cracked black pepper Fresh thyme on stem Cut feta into bite-sized pieces and arrange on serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and shower with pepper. Pull the thyme stems through fingers to remove leaves; discard stems. Sprinkle on feta. Serve with toothpicks to spear cheese cubes.
