- Jicama Orange Salad
- 1 small jicama
- 4 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper
- Peel the jicama, cut into matchsticks and place in a serving bowl. Add orange sections and drizzle on the lime juice. sprinkle on the chili powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. makes 4 to 6 servings.
