- Orange Coated Yams
- 6-10 Sweet potatoes
- 1 can frozen orange juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Cook yams until tender (bake or broil). Cut into thick slices (about 1 inch). Place slices in buttered baking dish in single layer. Spoon concentrated frozen orange juice over yams (be generous). Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until heated and bubbly.
