Orange Parsley Pesto
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ¼ c walnuts
  • ½ c olive oil
  • ½ c orange juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Blend until desired consistency. 3. Serve as a sauce over grilled chicken, fish, pork or tofu. 4. Use as a sauce over pasta or grilled vegetables. 5. Use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
