Chutney-Melon Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Chutney
- 2 Cups Cubed, Cooked Chicken
- 2 Cups Cubed Arizona Honeydew Melon
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts
- 2 Tablespoons Golden Raisins
- Lettuce Leaves
Directions:
Combine yogurt and chutney in medium-sized bowl. Stir in chicken, melon, coconut, peanuts and raisins. Serve over lettuce.
