Tomato and Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 6 Large Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Jar Non-peril capers (optional)
- 2 Garlic Gloves (minced)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 8 Basil Leaves, minced
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Package Penne Pasta (cooked)
Directions:
Dice tomatoes and place in a large bowl. Add remainder of ingredients except for pasta. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. (Longer the better) Add pasta and toss together. Serve and enjoy.
