Holiday Hen

Ingredients:
- 6 Cornish game hens
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 tbs cold water
Directions:
place hens on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Tie legs with kitchen string. sprinkle with salt and pepper. COmbine all but orange juice and honey and spoon over hens. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or until meat thermometer read 165, basting every 15 minutes. in a small saucepan, combine orange juice honey and vinegar. combine cornstarch and water until smooth, stir into juice mixture. Bring to a boil cook and stir until thickened. Serve with hens. makes 6 servings
