Holiday Hen

Ingredients:
- 6 Cornish game hens
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 1/4 Cup orange juice
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1/2 Tsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 Tbs Cold Water
Directions:
Place hens on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Tie legs with kitchen string. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine all but orange juice and honey and spoon over hens. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees, basting every 15 minutes. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, honey, and vinegar. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth stir into juice mixture, Bring to a boil, cook, and stir until thickened. Serve with hens. makes 6 servings.
