Cinnamon Caramelized Bananas and Medjool Dates over Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 ripe bananas, quartered
- 8 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted
- 4 (1/2 cup) scoops vanilla ice cream.
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add brown sugar and for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add bananas and dates and cook for a minute more to heat through. Serve warm with ice cream.
